What we collect
When you submit our contact or growth-audit form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, clinic name, lead volume, and your message. Our missed-call calculator collects your email address plus the figures you enter. We also receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you view.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver the materials you requested, and follow up about our services. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate (for example our form and automation processing, email delivery, and hosting providers).
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-495G9KRBDH) to understand how visitors use our pages. GA4 sets cookies and collects aggregated usage data such as page views, referral source, and approximate location. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on. We do not use advertising remarketing pixels on this site.
Data retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records — generally up to 24 months after our last contact with you — and then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard GA4 retention settings.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing ceo@ovrioai.com. You can opt out of our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying to any message.
Patient data
Our website forms are for business inquiries only. Please do not submit patient health information through this site. Handling of any protected health information within a client engagement is governed by the separate agreement and, where applicable, a business associate agreement.

We may update this policy as our services change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
